The Alsace is full of "German" towns. It's so interesting to compare the spelling of the town names. One of these days I need to do a post about some of my travels through the Alsace. Thanks for the reminder

That looks gorgeous but as I live in Germany and as yet haven't visited the parts of the country that look like this (although I've seen plenty of snaps of the towns), I figure I should visit Germany within Germany before I visit Germany within France ;)
I'm going to have to add this to the list of "must-see" places. Love the look of this town...German design YET it has that French influence of happy colors...very cool.
